Full Tilt Media was founded by two women with very different backgrounds and one shared goal: helping industrial businesses showcase the incredible work they do every day.
One comes from a marketing and design background. The other spent years on the tools as a diesel mechanic before picking up a camera.
Together, that means we understand both sides of the equation. We know what makes great content, but we also understand the industries we're capturing.
We're just as comfortable talking marketing strategy as we are climbing into machinery, navigating active worksites, or working alongside crews to get the shot.

Co-Founder & Lead Photographer / Videographer
Before becoming a photographer, Gemma worked as a diesel mechanic.
That experience gives her a unique understanding of the industries we work with and allows her to confidently capture machinery, equipment, operators and active worksites from a perspective few photographers can offer.
She's not afraid of long days, dirty boots or chasing the perfect shot.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, branding and content strategy, Jac understands how powerful visual content can be when it's backed by a clear purpose.
